Step1

Please fill in the enrolment form (below) with the course and accommodation of your choice.

Step 2

Once you submit the enrolment form, we will email you a confirmation of your enrolment.
If you are not a beginner, we will send you an online placement test. We can then determine your level of Spanish and ensure that you are placed in the correct class.
You can now pay for and confirm your enrolment.
If you are enrolling at least 4 weeks before the course starts, you will have to pay an advance deposit of 100€.
The balance (the total minus 100€) must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival.
If you book with short notice (of less than 4 weeks), you should make the full payment for the course and send proof of payment by email or fax.
The address of your accommodation will be sent to you after you have paid the remaining balance.
To change a booking (at least 30 days before arrival),of your arrival date, accommodation, etc., we will charge an extra fee of 50€ per student. Any changes requested will depend on availability.
You may cancel at any time before beginning your course. However, you will be charged cancellation fees:
-Cancellation up to 30 days before course starts: 100€ (deposit fee)
-Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the beginning of the course: 125€
-Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before the beginning of the course: 150€
-Cancellation between 7 and 1 days before the beginning of the course: 200€
-Cancellations made the day before the beginning of the course: 100% of the total fee is required.
After arrival, no refund can be made.
The school will be closed for public holidays, those classes will be missed.
January 6; March 19; April 6/9/16; May 1; August 15; October 09/12
November 1; December 6.
You will be given one book which is included in the price of the course.
Missed classes for absence cannot be re-arranged.
Unless you pay for extra days, your accommodation will be available from the Sunday before the course starts until the Saturday after the course ends (at 12pm).
No fees will be refunded if you stop the couse/leave your accommodation.
